02:27:11<shapr>Saizan_: alexj fixed the problem
03:07:20<Saizan_>shapr: i still get the same error after rebuilding everything, however it's very late (or early?) so i'll recheck tomorrow
03:07:41<shapr>Ok, I'll check it in a bit.
03:08:17<shapr>One of my tasks for the next week is to write tests, so I'd love to get some contributions :-)
04:23:15<alexj>saizan_ you need to update HAppS-Data
04:23:22<alexj>or use sp --newest
12:40:11<Saizan_>http://hpaste.org/2444
12:40:55<Saizan_>^^ tests to show when fromPairs dies
20:16:09<shapr>Saizan_: Try the new patch from alexj ?
21:01:12<Saizan_>shapr: a lot better, but it still dies on [("/foo/","bar")] and [("foo/","bar")], i.e. if you have / at the end i think
21:41:02<Saizan_>uhm, i can fix it, but i don't know if fromXmlPairs [("foo/","bar")] should be interpreted as <foo>bar</foo> or something different
21:45:29<Saizan_>no, that would be like saying that ?foo and ?foo/ are the same
22:48:20<Saizan>i think the best solution would be to ignore pairs with a name that ends in /
23:20:05<jgrimes>hi. in HAppS-Data when compiling I get "No instance for (Data DefaultD BSC.ByteString)" at src/HAppS/Data/Default.hs:114:0:
23:20:08<jgrimes>What might I be doing wrong?
23:21:30<Igloo>What version of GHC do you have?
23:21:38<Igloo>Oh, do you have the latest syb-with-class?
23:22:11<jgrimes>6.6.1, and syb-with-class version 0.3
23:23:31<Igloo>Hmm, I'm not sure if the SYBWC version number was always incremented when it should have been. It sounds like the problem is that syb-with-class is too old, anyway
23:24:23<jgrimes>ok. I'll look into it
23:26:10<jgrimes>that was it. I was using the hackage version of sybwc
23:26:18<jgrimes>thanks
