04:14:20<dsrogers>Hey.
04:14:24<dsrogers>I can't download
04:14:35<dsrogers>darcs get --partial --tag=0.9.2 http://happs.org/repos/HAppS-HTTP
04:14:35<dsrogers>darcs: failed to read patch:

04:14:35<dsrogers> tagged 0.9.1.2
04:14:41<dsrogers>that's what I get with --partial
04:14:52<dsrogers>darcs get --tag=0.9.2 http://happs.org/repos/HAppS-HTTP
04:14:52<dsrogers>Unapplicable patch:
04:14:52<dsrogers>Mon Oct 9 02:31:52 PDT 2006 Einar Karttunen <einar@vo.com>
04:14:52<dsrogers> * Remove S3 stuff that was never enabled from the repo
04:14:58<dsrogers>that's what I get without --partial
04:15:04<dsrogers>anyone have a hint?
04:21:01<dsrogers>curses! no happs for me!
04:36:58<eelco>dsrogers: those are just warnings, you should have a checkout
04:37:11<dsrogers>thanks!
04:37:30<eelco>but, i can recommend installing with cabal
04:38:04<eelco>then it's just 'cabal install HAppS-Server' and it will get and build all the dependencies too
04:40:30<dsrogers>oh.
04:40:38<dsrogers>there is a cabal command line?
04:41:24<eelco>yes, it's the cabal-install package from hackage
05:20:24<dsrogers>getNameInfo: does not exist (System error)
05:20:29<dsrogers>any advice on that?
05:26:13<dsrogers>curses! still no HApps for me!
05:26:23<dsrogers>there is a bug in mac os x network code.
18:53:39<Saul__>I'm having a bit of a problem
18:53:59<Saul__>I have a custom data type Trie
18:56:33<Saul__>and then I use $(deriveSerialize ''Trie) on it, but I get two errors, both saying that Ord k can't be deduced (probably has to do with most functions requiring the k in Trie k a to be an instance of Ord)
18:57:13<Saul__>So I figure I need to add this requirement to the datatype, but then I get an error that it can't reify non-H98 datatypes
18:57:27<Saul__>Does anyone know how to fix this?
21:10:05<chr1s>stepcut: ping
22:09:38<stepcut>chr1s: hello
22:13:10<stepcut>chr1s: thanks for the email, I will let you know if it helps later when I get a chance
22:13:19<stepcut>chr1s: it would be good to add to the tutorial
